Quantity: How much fat, protein and carbohydrates a person should consume depends on body weight and age. But an adult person can eat up to 80/100 grams of meat if there is no physical problem. But if you have physical problems such as heart disease, overweight or kidney problems, you should reduce the amount of meat you eat. Eat not more than once or twice a day and in the amount of two to three slices and broth should be avoided as much as possible.

Timing: It is best to eat in the morning, afternoon or evening. Eating such red meat late at night or before going to bed is not healthy.
